Refunds apply only to online purchases made on www.siecindia.com and must be requested before course material is dispatched or services are accessed. Requests can be submitted either from the registered email ID or through a signed letter sent to SIEC Education Pvt. Ltd., 1st Floor, B2/9 Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058.
Refunds are processed after deducting ₹500 or 10% of the order value (whichever is higher) plus taxes, and will be credited back to the original payment method.
